Rehabilitation after injury to the flexor of the apparatus of the hand

Abstract:

Cíl: Seznámit čtenáře s problematikou fyzioterapeutické intervence u stavů po poranění flexorového aparátu ruky. Metodika: Tato bakalářská práce popisuje kazuistiku čtyřicetileté ženy, s diagnozou řezného poranění flexorového aparátu ruky. Pacientka si rozbitou vázou poranila šlachy flexorů druhého a třetího prstu pravé, dominantní ruky. Byl proveden vstupní kineziologicky rozbor a navrhnut fyzioterapeutický plán, jehož cílem byla redukce otoku, zamezení vzniku adhezí, ošetření měkkých tkání, udržení rozsahu pohybu, zvýšení svalové síly, zlepšení funkce ruky a nácviku pohybových stereotypů. Byly použity fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy, jako jsou techniky měkkých tkání, míčková facilitace dle Jebavé, aktivní a pasivní cvičení, semiaktivní cvičení dle Kleinerta, nácvik úchopů a PNF. Fyzioterapeutická intervence trvala 21 týdnů v rozsahu 9 návštěv. Výsledky: Při výstupním kineziologickém rozboru bylo prokázáno odstranění otoku, zvětšení rozsahu pohybu a zlepšení úchopové schopnosti ruky.

Abstract:

Objective of the course: To introduce the reader to the problems of physiotherapeutic intervention in conditions following injury of the flexor apparatus of the hand. Methods: This bachelor thesis describes a case report of a 40-year-old woman with a diagnosis of cutting injuries to the flexor hand arm. The patient damaged the second and third finger of the right, dominant hand, with a broken vase. An initial kinesiological analysis was performed and a physiotherapy plan designed to reduce edema, prevent adhesions, soft tissue treatment, maintain the range of motion, increase muscle strength, improve hand function, and train movement stereotypes. Physiotherapeutic methods and procedures such as soft tissue techniques, Jebavé ball training, active and passive exercises, semi-active Kleinert exercises, gripping exercises and PNF were used. The physiotherapeutic intervention lasted for 21 weeks with a total of 9 visits. Results: Outcome kinesiological analysis showed removal of swelling, increased range of motion and improvement of hand grip.
