Current cybernetic attacks and options of their sanctions

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá velmi aktuální problematikou kybernetických útoků, které jsou fenoménem dnešní doby a také druhem kriminality, kterému je nutné věnovat čím dál tím větší pozornost. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Nejdříve jsou rozebrány pojmy související s kyberprostorem, následně se práce zabývá konkrétními typy kybernetických útoků, jejich rozborem a právní úpravou. V práci jsou také zmíněny aktuální statistiky kybernetických útoků. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat zkušenosti lidí v ČR s kybernetickými útoky, a to formou dotazníku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on a highly relevant topic of cyber attacks, which became a phenomenon of our time and type of crime that we need to pay attention to more and more. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First there are terms related to cyberspace, afterwards the thesis focuses on concrete types of cyber attacks, their breakdown and legal adaptation. Also, there are cyber attacks statistics mentioned. The main goal of the practical part is to analyze experiences that people in Czech Republic have with cyber attacks, in the form of a questionnaire.
