Family mediation as a means of resolving conflicts between spouses, parents, and the parents and children

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit jakým způsobem je využívaná rodinná mediace a jakým způsobem mediace napomáhá řešit konflikty. V teoretické části se zaměřím na význam mediace, mediátora, rodinu, manželství a rozvod. Zjistíme si, co mediace v praxi opravdu přináší, ověřím si jejich klady a zápory, principy, konflikty a možnosti jejich řešení ve sporech o dítě a v manželství. V praktické části se zaměřím na úlohu mediátora a na rodinnou (rozvodovou) mediaci. Formou kvalitativní metodologie povedu rozhovory s mediátory Poradenského a mediačního centra v Ostravě.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor?s thesis will be to find out how family mediation is used and how mediation helps solve conflicts. In the theoretical part I will focus on the significance of mediation, mediator, family, marriage and divorce. We will see what mediation really brings in practice, I will check its pros and cons, principles, conflicts and the possibilities of solving them in suits on children and in marriage. In the practical part I will focus on the role of mediator and on family (divorce) mediation. In the form of a qualitative methodology, I will conduct interviews with the mediators of the Counselling and Mediation Centre in Ostrava.
