Abstract:
Vysoká prevalence plazmidově kódovaných cefalosporináz u Enterobacteriaceae ohrožuje terapeutickou účinnost těchto beta-laktamových antibiotik, cefalosporinů. Náplní práce byla charakterizace izolátů Escherichia coli produkujících beta-laktamázy typu CMY-2 pomocí molekulárně-biologických metod. Abstract:
High prevalence of plasmid-encoded cephalosporinases produced by Enterobacteriaceae limits the therapeutic efficacy of beta-lactam antibiotics, cephalosporins. The scope of work was the characterization of isolates of Escherichia coli producing CMY-2 beta-lactamase using molecular-biological methods.
