Tobacco excise duty

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci na téma „Tabákový akcíz“ budu řešit otázku zdanění tabákových výrobků v České republice. Na začátku práce zde představím několik základních pojmů, se kterými se budeme v průběhu celé této práce neustále setkávat. V další části se budu věnovat historii tabákových výrobků v Čechách, kdy zmíním státní tabákový monopol, či tabákovou režii. Poté se zaměřím na konkrétní tabákové výrobky, kdy se budu soustředit na veřejnoprávní regulaci těchto výrobků (požadavky kladené na tyto výrobky, způsob jejich označování, používání nálepek, možnosti obchodování s těmito výrobky, a reklama na tabákové výrobky). A konečně se dostanu k tabákovému akcízu, kdy rozeberu jeho jednotlivé konstrukční prvky, včetně správy a úvah o správě těchto akcízů celní správou.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis on the topic of “Tobacco excise duty” I will address the issue of taxation of tobacco products in the Czech Republic. At the beginning of work I will introduce here some basic concepts with which we will constantly meet throughout this work. In the next section, I will deal with the history of tobacco products in Bohemia, when I will mention state tobacco monopoly, or tobacco staging. Then I will focus on specific tobacco products, when I will concentrate on the public regulation of these products (requirements for these products, their labelling method, using labels, options of trading with these products, and advertising of tobacco products). And finally I will reach to tobacco excise duties, when I will resolve its various elements, including the management and reflection on the administration of these excise duties by Customs.
