Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření dokumentu pro potřeby managementu společnosti ATC Merkur Pasohlávky, který hodnotí současný stav a situaci společnosti. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz, vytvořit podnikatelský záměr a navrhnout směry dalšího možného rozvoje společnosti ATC Merkur Pasohlávky v dalších letech.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to create a document for needs of management ATC Merkur Pasohlávky, which assesses the current status and situation. Based on the results of the analysis, develop a business plan and suggest possible directions of further development of ATC Merkur Pasohlávky in future years.
