Financial and accounting aspects of the Erasmus+ Programme

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá možnostmi účetního zachycení grantů s ohledem na různé typy organizací v českém prostředí a finančním otázkám souvisejícím s přípravou k podání žádosti o projekt, tak s jeho finančním řízením samotným. To vše na pozadí programu Erasmus+, evropského programu pro vzdělávání, odbornou přípravu, mládež a sport. Práce vysvětluje také legislativní základ programu a některé evropské požadavky, které jsou konfrontovány s možnostmi jejich aplikace v národních podmínkách. Výsledky takové aplikace se však, jak práce ukazuje, mohou odlišovat od původních předpokladů, pro které byly požadavky přijaty.

Abstract:

The main interest of this diploma thesis is to compare options given by the Czech legislation on recording grants in the accounting for different types of organisations. Important part consists of financial aspects relating to the grant application as well as the financial management of the project itself. All of that on the background of the Erasmus+, an EU programme for education, training, youth and sport. The thesis also explains the legal base for the programme and some European requirements. These are confronted with the possibilities of their national application. However, as the thesis shows, the result of such application may differ from the original assumptions for which the requirements were adopted.
