The illegal blood diamonds trade and the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to look closer at the area of illegal diamonds trade. These blood diamonds, as they are reffered to often, rough and uncertified, are used to finance rebel armed groups in the area of Western Africa. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je priblížiť problematiku nelegálneho obchodovania s neopracovanými a necertifikovanými diamantmi tvz. krvavými diamantmi, ktoré slúžia ako nastroj financovania rebelských ozbrojených skupín v konfliktných oblastiach hlavne Západnej Afriky.
