Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je analýza faktorů kvality života působících jako migrační pull faktory v rámci procesu suburbanizace. Úvodní část práce se zabývá prostorovostí a intenzitou samotného fenoménu suburbanizace. Dále je rozebrán koncept kvality života a je nastíněn způsob zkoumání tohoto jevu.
