Chalcogenide thin films deposition from organometallic precursors by spin-coating technique
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou tenkých vrstev Sb-S a Sb-Se metodou rotačního nanášení z organokovových prekurzorů LSbS a LSbSe. Další část práce se zabývá přípravou tenkých vrstev As30S70 dopovaných ionty Er3+ z komerčního ErQ prekurzoru metodou rotačního nanášení.
Abstract:
The master thesis deals with the preparation of the Sb-S and Sb-Se thin films by spin-coating technique using the organometallic precursor?s LSbS and LSbSe. Next part of the work deals with the spin-coating deposition of the As30S70 thin films doped with Er3+ ions using the commercial ErQ precursor.
