Enforcement of customs and tax arrears

Abstract:

The aim of this graduation thesis is to bring the issue of recovery under applicable state law, namely the realization of tax enforcement in terms of the tax administrator. The thesis gives a complete view of the process of implementing the tax enforcement proceedings. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on legislation, the basic concepts and principles related to the recovery of tax arrears. The second chapter describes the procedural process of the tax in the tax enforcement process. The third chapter describes the various ways of implementing the tax execution. The fourth capter analyzes the situation and reform of the tax arrears in the recovery state.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je priblížiť problematiku vymáhania pohľadávok štátu v zmysle platnej legislatívy, konkrétne realizáciu daňovej exekúcie z pohľadu správcu dane. V práci podávam komplexný pohľad na proces realizácie daňového exekučného konania. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na právnu úpravu, základné pojmy a zásady súvisiace s vymáhaním daňových nedoplatkov. Druhá kapitola popisuje procesný postup správcu dane v daňovom exekučnom konaní. V tretej kapitole opisujem jednotlivé spôsoby vykonávania daňovej exekúcie. V štvrtej kapitole analyzujem stav daňových nedoplatkov a reformu v oblasti vymáhania pohľadávok štátu.
