Child after Parents´Separation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou dítěte po rozchodu rodičů. Objektem jsou tedy rodiče a jejich děti, kteří procházejí složitým životním obdobím. Předmětem je to, jak se s touto těžkou situací vyrovnají a jak se jim především daří zaměřit svoji pozornost na zájem dítěte. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat teoreticky i prakticky možnosti úprav rodičovské zodpovědnosti a analyzovat její realizaci v období let 2005-2010 v regionu Tanvaldsko. Bakalářskou práci tvořila část teoretická a část praktická. Část teoretická popisuje vývoj, význam a postavení rodiny v současné společnosti. Zaměřuje se na rozchod rodičů a jeho vlivu na dítě. Zdůrazňuje zásady, jimiž by se měli rodiče v tomto složitém období řídit. Vysvětluje vybrané pojmy týkající se rodičovské zodpovědnosti a především možné typy těchto úprav, úpravu styku s rodičem a zároveň i svěření dítěte do péče jiné fyzické osoby než je rodič. Zároveň se věnuje možným komplikujícím situacím, které mohou v této souvislosti nastat, a dále je proveden krátký exkurz do legislativního rámce, který se touto problematikou zabývá. V praktické části je nejprve zachycen průběh úpravy rodičovské zodpovědnosti a dále její realizace v regionu Tanvaldsko v období let 2005-2010. Podkladem pro tuto část průzkumu byla především spisová dokumentace. V další části bylo zjišťováno technikou řízeného rozhovoru od 30 respondentů, jaká je situace v jejich rodině po rozchodu rodičů, jaké jsou vztahy mezi jednotlivými členy a zároveň bylo mapováno, jak tuto složitou životní situaci členové rodiny zvládají. Nejvýznamnějším zjištěním průzkumu bylo, že i v tomto regionu dochází k nepatrnému nárůstu úprav rodičovské zodpovědnosti do střídavé či společné výchovy rodičů, což znamená, že oba rodiče tak mají možnost aktivně se podílet na výchově svých dětí. Dítě je totiž v současnosti pro rodiče především citovou investicí.

Abstract:

The thesis dealt with the problems of a child after his parents separation. The objects are the parents and their children, who are going through a complicated period of life. The subject is about how to get over this situation and how the parents are able to focus their attention on their child interest. The aim of this work was to describe possibilities{theoretical and practical] of modification of parental responsibility and to analyze its realization in years 2005-2010 in Tanvald region. The thesis was divided into two parts, the therotical and the practical one. The theoretical part desribes progress, importance and status of the family in the contemporary society. It focuses on parents' separation and its influence on the child. It emphasizes the principles, which should be important for parents in this complicated period of life. It explains selected terms related to parental responsibility and especially particular types of these modifications, contact arrangements with parents and custody to another person than the parent as well. The thesis also devotes to possible complicated situations., which can occur. And then short digression to legislative framework, which deals with this aspects,. was made. In the practical part the course of modificatin of parental responsibility was noticed at first and than its realization in Tanvald region in years 2005-2010. The base for this part of research was especially a standard documentation. In the next part a survey was made. 30 respondents were asked in a short talk, about the situation in their families after parental separation, what the relations between the members are and how the members get over this situation. The most important finding in this region was, that there is a slight increase of modification of parental responsibility to alternate care or common parents' education, which means that both parents are able to take part in their children's education. The child is for most of the parents especially an emotional investment.
