Abstract:
Předkládaná práce představuje na základě výzkumu trestních spisů Krajského soudu v Jihlavě z let 1855-1898, týkající se deliktu rušení náboženství, typického pachatele tohoto činu a okolnosti jeho spáchání. Odkrývá tak pohled do právního systému v českých zemích a míru náboženského přesvědčení lidí ve všednodenních situacích v 2. polovině 19. století.
Abstract:
The presented work shows, based on the analysis of criminal records of the Regional Court in Jihlava from the years 1855-1898, concerning (relating to) the crime of disturbing religion, the typical offender of this act and the circumstances of its commission.
