Public Policy in Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou veřejného pořádku jako důvodu pro odepření uznání a výkonu cizích rozhodčích nálezů. Práce obsahuje vymezení pojmu veřejný pořádek ve vztahu k rozhodčím řízení i obecný náhled na uznání a výkon rozhodčích nálezů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the term of public policy as a reason of denial of recognition and enforcement of the foreign arbitral awards. The thesis covers the definition of public policy in relation to arbitration and it also includes the view on recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in general.
