Recovery after anterior cruciate ligament injury with conventional physiotherapy and hydrokinesitherapy

Abstract:

In this paper, the pathological condition of patients who suffered a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament will be presented and analysed. The anatomical and biomechanical component of the knee joint will be described, followed by the surgical component and the rehabilitation procedure. In fact, the latter will be divided into the rehabilitation component performed with conventional methods in the gym and then with the use of hydrokinesitherapy, explaining its advantages and what it entails.

Abstract:

In questo elaborato verr? presentata ed analizzata la condizione patologica di pazienti che sono andati incontro alla rottura del legamento crociato anteriore. Verr? descritta la componente anatomica e biomeccanica dell'articolazione del ginocchio, successivamente la componente chirurgica e l'iter riabilitativo. Di fatti, quest'ultimo, verr? diviso in componente riabilitativa effettuata con metodica convenzionale in palestra e successivamente con l'utilizzo della pratica dell'idrokinesiterapia, spiegandone i vantaggi e cosa ne comporta.
