Abstract:

KONDRATOVA, Anastasiia. Metody asistované reprodukce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Ivana Jahodová, PhD. Praha. 2020. 67 s. Tématem bakalářské práce jsou metody asistované reprodukce. Hlavním cílem práce je srozumitelný popis existujících metod asistované reprodukce a analýza konkrétního případu výběru vhodné metody pro léčbu neplodnosti, a to z pohledu porodní asistentky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na neplodnost a příčiny neplodnosti, jsou v ní rozebrány vyšetřovací metody, metody asistované reprodukce a její rizika, je uveden přehled etických otázek, vznikajících v souvislostí s asistovanou reprodukcí, a je popsána role porodní asistentky. V praktické časti je podrobně vysvětlena kazuistika ženy, která podstoupila umělé oplodnění, jsou rozpracovány ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle a intervence. V závěru této bakalářské práce se nachází doporučení pro praxi. Cílem teoretické časti je vyhledat a nastudovat domácí a zahraniční odbornou literaturu na dané téma a následně předložit aktuální poznatky v oblasti asistované reprodukce na základě rešeršní strategie a dalších zdrojů z pohledu porodní asistentky. V praktické časti cílem je přehledně popsat kazuistiku ženy, která podstoupila léčbu neplodnosti, určit ošetřovatelské diagnózy a rozpracovat plán ošetřovatelské péče dle NANDA I taxonomie II.

The topic of this bachelor thesis are the methods of assisted reproduction. The main objective of the thesis is to provide a clear description of existing methods of assisted reproduction and to analyse a specific case of selecting a suitable method for the treatment of infertility from the perspective of a midwife. The theoretical part focuses on infertility and causes of infertility, and examining methods, it includes the analysis of methods of assisted reproduction and its risks, and the review of ethical problems regarding infertility treatment. The thesis describes the role of a midwife. The practical part provides a detailed explanation of a case report of a woman who has undergone artificial insemination. Nursing diagnoses, goals, and interventions are elaborated. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis offers recommendations for practice. The aim of the theoretical part is to find and study domestic and foreign professional literature on the topic, and to then present the latest knowledge in the field of assisted reproduction based on research strategy and other resources from the perspective of a midwife. In the practical part, the aim is to clearly describe the case report of a woman who has undergone infertility treatment, and to determine nursing diagnoses and develop a nursing care plan according to NANDA I taxonomy II.
