Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Možnosti zaměstnávání osob propuštěných z výkonu restu v oboru gastronomie a hotelnictví. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit, za jakých podmínek lze zaměstnávat osoby propuštěné z výkonu trestu v oboru hotelnictví a gastronomie tak, aby došlo k jejich plnohodnotné reintegraci do pracovního života. Cíle práce bylo dosaženo realizací výzkumu, při kterém byly získány odpovědi od vzorku osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu a od manažerů gastronomických či hotelových zařízení. Z průzkumu vyplynuly následující poznatky: Pokud by měli manažeři do řad svých zaměstnanců přijmout osoby propuštěné z výkonu trestu, žádali by od nich informace o trestní minulosti, zajímali by se o to, jakou trestnou činnost spáchaly, a s těmito skutečnostmi by seznámili pracovní kolektiv. Nejsou ochotní nechat své zaměstnance vyzkoušet práci nanečisto. Pracovní pozice, které osobám po výkonu trestu nabízejí, jsou kuchař, údržbář, pomocná pracovní síla či kancelářská práce. Osoby propuštěné z výkonu trestu by kromě kuchaře ale raději pracovaly na pozicích barman, číšník nebo recepční. Rády by také před zaměstnavatelem pomlčely o své trestní minulosti a o druhu spáchaného trestného činu. Rády by, aby jejich trestní minulost zůstala utajena i před ostatními zaměstnanci. Pomlčet o jejich trestní minulosti jsou zaměstnavatelé ochotní pouze v případě třetích osob. Jakožto svým zaměstnancům jsou manažeři ochotní vyjít osobám propuštěným z výkonu trestu i v dalších bodech – pomoc při zapracování a zajištění vhodného finančního ohodnocení. Jsou ochotní pokusit se v řadách všech svých zaměstnanců minimalizovat předsudky o práci osob propuštěných z výkonu restu, stejně jako zajistit jejich přátelské přijetí do kolektivu. Pro efektivní práci mezi oběma stranami je doporučeno transparentní jednání, důraz je kladen také na uzavírání psychologické smlouvy a na otevřenost komunikace.

Abstract:

Presented thesis deals with the topic of Employment possibilities of persons released from the prison in the field of gastronomy and hotel industry. Its aim was to find out under which conditions it is possible to employ persons released from the prison, so that they can fully reintegrate into the working life. The aim of the work was reached by realizing the survey during which answers from the sample of persons released from the prison and the managers of the gastronomic or hotel facilities were received. The survey revealed following findings: If managers would accept people released from the prison in their rank of staff, they would ask them for criminal history, they would be also interested in what crime was committed. With this fact other employees would be familiarized. Managers are not willing to let the employees try their job rough. Offered positions to the persons released from prisons are cook handyman, auxiliary workforce or office work. Persons released from the prison prefer to work on positions of barman, waiters or receptionists. They would also like to keep in quite their criminal history and committed crime. They would like the criminal history to be kept in secret from other employees as well. Not to talk about the criminal history managers are willing only in case of the third parties. As to their employees, managers are willing to meet another points to the persons released from the prison – assistance with incorporation and ensuring appropriate financial evaluation. They are willing to try to minimalize the prejudices of the persons released from the prisons among other employees, as well as to try to ensure their friendly admission to the collective. For effective work between both sides it is recommended behave transparently, emphases is also placed on concluding a psychological contract and on the openness in the communication.
