Architectonical study and project of building permission of a family house which provides the owner with high living comfort but low operating costs - especially the energetic ones

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obsahuje projekt moderního rodinného domu se zaměřením na nízkou spotřebu energie. V dnešní době je nutné při výstavbě hledat vhodná řešení, která by měla za následek snižování energetické náročnosti budov. Stále více lidí si ztěžuje na vysoké ceny energií a právě proto je téma realizace nízkoenergetických, pasivních a nulových domů stále aktuálnější. I z tohoto důvodu jsem si právě toto téma vybral pro zpracování projektu bakalářské práce, jelikož si myslím, že dnešní moderní výstavba ať už rodinných, bytových či panelových budov se stále více zaměřuje na snižování nákladů energií a v budoucí praxi ve stavebnictví bych poznatky z tohoto projektu, jistě bezpochyby uplatnil.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis includes the project of modern family house aimed at low power consumption. Nowadays it is necessary to look for the construction of appropriate solutions which would reset in reducing of the buildings energy consumption. More and more people complain about high energy prices and that is why the topic of low energy implementation, passive and zero houses still topical. This is the reason I chose this subject of my thesis project because I think that today´s modern construction, whether family, housing or prefabricated buildings is increasingly focused on reducing energy costs. I suppose would be able to apply results of this project in the future construction industry practise.
