Bakalářská práce se zabývá Lisabonskou smlouvou a jejími dopady na Evropskou unii. Práce se zaměřuje na několik důležitých změn, které Lisabonská smlouva přinesla. Jsou jimi institucionální změny, zavedení právní subjektivity, vystoupení z EU a úloha vnitrostátních parlamentů ve vztahu k EU. The thesis examines the Lisbon Treaty and its impact on the European Union. This thesis focuses on several important modifications that the Lisbon Treaty has introduced. These include institutional modifications, introduction of legal personality, withdrawal from the EU and the role of national parliaments in relation to the EU.
