Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením inovačního portfolia. Cílem je zhodnocení procesu řízení inovačního portfolia ve vybraném podniku a návrhy k jeho zlepšení. V první části jsou představeny vhodné metody a nástroje řízení v závislosti na fázi procesu. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the subject of innovation portfolio management. Its goal is to analyse current innovation portfolio management processes in a company and suggest possible improvements.
