Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Rating jako nástroj bankovní regulace“ je analýza ratingu jako nástroje bankovní regulace v kontextu s Basel II. První část práce je zaměřena na rozbor externího a interního ratingu, vyjádření jejich regulatorní podstaty a jejich zasazení do platné legislativy. Druhá část analyzuje řízení rizik dle Basel II v ERSTE Group.

The subject of my final thesis called “Rating as a banking regulation instrument“ is rating analysis of rating as a banking regulation instrument set in Basel II Framework.
