Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce “Farmářské trhy na Brněnsku” je analýza průběhu těchto trhů. Teoretická část se věnuje především vzniku a vývoji farmářských trhů, chování spotřebitelů nakupujících potraviny na farmářských trzích a ekologickému zemědělství, které je s produkty na farmářských trzích neodmyslitelně spojováno. The topic of this bachelor thesis, entitled “Farmers markets in Brno” is analysis of process of this markets. The theoretical part is dedicated to a formation and an evolution of farmers markets, behaviour of consumers, who are buying the food on this markets and an ecological agriculture, that is associated with products on the farmers markets.
