Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem „Zakladatelských právních jednání“. Jejím cílem je popsání tohoto pojmu v obecné rovině a analýza jeho konkrétních prvků. Diplomová práce se tak dále zabývá rozborem právní povahy a výkladu zakladatelských právních jednání. This thesis follows up the topic of „Articles of association”. Main aim is the description of this term in general and analysis of its specific aspects. The thesis therefore covers the analysis of legal nature and interpretation of the articles of association.
