Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá věcnými břemeny, tedy obeznámením s pojmem „věcná břemena“, jejich funkcemi a informacemi z jejich historie i současnosti. Práce dále popisuje způsoby vzniku a zániku věcných břemen, specifikaci jejich jednotlivých druhů a také informace o jejich zápisu do katastru nemovitostí.
