Abstract:

Tato práce "Právní a etické aspekty asistované reprodukce" se zabývá zmapováním právní úpravy umělého oplodnění na domácím ale i mezinárodní poli. Zaměřuje se na rozdílné pojetí právní úpravy asistované reprodukce v jednotlivých státech Evropské unie a z toho plynoucích kontroverzních otázek. Tato práce se také snaží zmapovat příčiny neplodnosti a metody její léčby. Práce se dále důkladněji zabývá právní úpravou asistované reprodukce v sousedních zemích České republiky a jejím srovnáním s domácí právní úpravou. V etické části práce řeší postoj nejrozšířenějších náboženství k asistované reprodukci a etické otázky jako je klonování, dárcovství a nakládání s embryi.

Abstract:

This work "Legal and Ethical Aspects of Assisted Reproduction" focuses on mapping legal regulation artificial insemination domestically but also internationally. It focuses on the different legal treatment of assisted reproduction in various countries of the European Union and the ensuing controversial issues. This work also tries to understand the causes of infertility and its treatment methods. The work also deals closely with legal regulation of assisted reproduction in the Czech Republic's neighboring countries, comparing it with domestic legislation. The ethical part addresses the attitude most widespread religion on assisted reproduction and ethical issues such as cloning, organ donation and disposal of embryos.
