Abstract:
Předpkládaná práce se zabývá využitím transrektálního ultrazvuku v diagnostice a stagingu karcinomu rekta, v experimentální fázi pak ověřuje možnost využití negativních prognostických markerů EMVI, angioinvaze a hladiny HOTAIR k posouzení prognózy onemocnění.
Abstract:
In this thesis was analysed the use of transrectal ultrasound in diagnosis and staging of rectal carcinoma.
