Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je využití projektového řízení v oblasti kvality. Práce si klade za cíl přiblížení problematiky využití principů projektového managementu a jeho aplikaci v oblasti, kde ještě není příliš etablován. Pro tyto účely byl použit projekt experimentů s lepidlem, který má za cíl zajistit stabilitu procesu lepení autoskel v různých klimatických podmínkách. Práce obsahuje tři stěžejní části: teoretickou, analytickou a praktickou. V první části je vysvětlena problematika řízení projektů v teoretické rovině, kde je literární rešerší přiblížen teoretický základ řízení, plánování a kontroly projektů a také nástrojům a metodám managementu kvality, které jsou použity v praktické části. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu projektu řešeného v případové studii a rozborem využití principů projektového managementu v oblasti IT, kde je těchto principů již dlouhodobě využíváno. Do praktické části práce je zahrnuta aplikace vybraných nástrojů projektového řízení na projekt experimentů s lepidlem na autoskla. V této části jsou představeny návrhy na zlepšení projektu z pohledu jeho řízení, plánování a kontroly. V závěru práce jsou vyzdvihnuty přínosy nasazení projektového managementu.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the application of project management in quality. The aim of this paper is to outline the issue of using the principles of project management and its application in areas where it has not been established yet. The project "experiments with glue" was used for these purposes. This project aims to ensure the robustness of the windshields bonding process in different climatic conditions. The work consists of three main parts: theoretical, analytical and practical part. In the first part, a literature review made a theoretical basis for the project management issues as planning and monitoring of projects as well as tools and methods of quality management used in the practical part. The second part analyzes the current state of the project solved in the case study and the application of the principles of project management in IT, where these principles have long been used. Selected project management tools were used for the project "experiments with glue" in the practical part of the thesis. This section presents the suggestions for improvement of the project in terms of its management, planning and control. The advantages of the application of project management are highlighted in the final chapter.
