Biologically active compounds in the plant Moringa oleifera
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá biologicky aktívnymi látkami prítomnými v rastline Moringa olejodárna. V prvej časti sa venuje popisu, spracovaniu, využitiu a chemickému zloženiu tejto rastliny. Ďalej sú v práci stručne popísané separačné techniky a metódy stanovujúce antioxidačnú aktivitu. Ďalšia časť sa venuje analýze bioaktívnych látok vyskytujúcich sa v moringe olejodárnej.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with biologically active compounds contained in the Moringa oleifera plant. The first part deals with the description, processing, utilization and chemical composition of this plant. In addition, separation techniques and methods for determining antioxidant activity are briefly described.
