Abstract:
Práce si klade za cíl, poskytnout čtenáři bližší pohled na násilný svět v období raného novověku s teritoriálním vymezením na česká města. K tomu užívá jako zrcadla pramenného materiálu v podobě výslechových protokolů úředních, hrdelně právních knih, které dnes nazýváme knihy krevní, černé nebo také smolné. Abstract:
The main goal of the work is to provide the reader with a closer look at the violent world in the early modern period with a territorial delimitation of Czech cities. For this, thesis uses source material as mirrors in the form of official interrogation protocols, mainly legal books, which today we call blood, black or "smolne" books.
