Vnitropodnikové logistické procesy ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na vnitropodnikové ligistické procesy ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména na lean management, Toyota Production Systém a skladování. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou současného stavu vnitropodnikových logistických procesů. Výsledky analýzy jsou využity pro návrhy na zlepšení, která jsou uvedena ve třetí kapitole a jejich následné zhodnocení.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on internal logistics processes in a selected company. The theoretical part is mainly focused on lean management, the Toyota Production System, and warehousing. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of internal logistics processes.
