Abstract:

The subject of my diploma thesis is "Sources of Corporate Financing". This topic concerns the area of the sources of financing available for companies in the world economy and in Kazakhstan. In the diploma thesis will be solved field of research and focus only on long-term sources of corporate financing with the use of securities - stocks and bonds, advantages and disadvantages of the different types of securities, external and internal resources and alternative financing optimum, strategy of corporate financing with using securities.
