The theoretical part consists of definitions of the cartel, the importance of transparency and possible ways of replacement of transparency in the theoretical literature. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zistenie vzťahu medzi kartelom a cenovou transparentnosťou. Teoretická časť pozostáva z definície kartelu, významu transparentnosti a možnými spôsobmi náhrady transparentnosti v teoretickej literatúre. V praktickej časti je potom popísané fungovanie rôznych prípadov kartelových dohôd, pričom niektoré fungovali pri takmer dokonalej cenovej transparentnosti, iné naopak existovali …more
