Text práce je zaměřen na trestný čin genocidy uvedený na konkrétním případu, k němuž došlo v roce 1994 ve středoafrické zemi Rwanda. Práce je strukturována tak, aby poskytla ucelený přehled o historickém vývoji, resp. o příčinách, přípravách, průběhu a následcích genocidy, jakož i o mezinárodněprávní odpovědnosti OSN. A text of the thesis is focused to an act of a genocide presented in a particular case that happened in a central African country called Rwanda in 1994. A structure of the thesis should provide integrated summary of historical evolution or causes, preparing, procces and consequences of the genocide as well as an international responsibility of the United Nation.
