Abstract:
Práce se zabývá molekulární analýzou jaderné oblasti ITS a chloroplastových oblastí matK a rbcL studované skupiny rostlin. Do experimentu byli zahrnuti zástupci čeledi Microteacae. Tato čeleď byla stanovena samostatnou v roce 2016 a náleží do řádu Caryophyllales. Z herbářových položek byla izolována DNA a následně byly pomocí PCR amplifikovány sledované oblasti. Abstract:
The thesis deals with molecular analysis of nuclear region ITS and chloroplast regions matK and rbcL in study of particular group of plants. Reprezentatives of the Microteaceae were included in the experiment. This family was set up separately in 2016 and belongs to the order Caryophyllales.
