Účelem této bakalářské práce je sestavit reálný podnikatelský plán na založení restaurace v Domažlicích se zaměřením na lokálnost a sezónnost. This bachelor’s thesis aim is to create a realistic business plan for the establishment of a restaurant in Domažlice with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. The thesis is not divided into theoretical and practical parts, but both parts are combined into one.
