Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možností aplikace občanského zákoníku na pracovněprávní skutečnosti. This diploma thesis is focused on the possibility of application of the Civil Code on the Law Facts in Labour Law. The introduction of the diploma thesis deals with the relation of Labour Law and Civil Law and the relation of both Codes which is based on subsidiarity.
