Shortcomings, deficiencies and complaints in the general value pricing of movables

Abstract:

Annotation Our thesis consists of the key words and definitions, such as the property and its division, universal value, its progress and the influence of the mistakes and faults on it, complaint solving and the quality and how it is important. The analytical part consists of the case study of movable property, especially the milling cutter and its faults deficiencies and complaints in search for its real value. The results are stated in the final part of the thesis, together with the solving possibilities and the conclusions. The main objective of the thesis is to create the real point of view on the customer´s protection.

Abstract:

Anotácia V našej práci sme uviedli základné názvoslovie a pojmy ako napr. čo je to majetok a jeho delenie, všeobecná hodnota a jej postup a ako vplývajú chyby a vady na túto hodnotu a ako môžeme riešiť reklamácie a čo je to kvalita a aká je dôležitá. V analytickej časti sme uviedli aj modelový príklad zložky hnuteľného majetku, konkrétne frézovacie obrábacie zariadenie na ktorom sme zisťovali jeho chyby, vady, reklamácie a hľadali sme jeho skutočnú hodnotu. Výsledné hodnoty sú uvedené v analytickej časti tejto práce a aj možnosti riešení a závery. Cieľom celej našej bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie reálneho pohľadu na ochranu zákazníka – spotrebiteľa.
