Abstract:
Kryptogein je proteinový elicitor vylučovaný oomycetou Phytophthora cryptogea patřící mezi elicitiny. Aplikace kryptogeinu na rostliny tabáku vede k aktivaci obranné reakce zahrnující expresi obranných proteinů s následnou indukcí rezistence proti celé řadě patogenů. Cryptogein is a protein elicitor secreted by oomycete Phytophthora cryptogea belonging to elicitins. Application of cryptogein on tobacco plants results in activation of defense reaction involving expression of defense proteins with following induction of resistance against a variety of pathogens.
