Cílem práce je zorientovat se ve formátech pro anotaci biologických modelů, které existují. Z těchto formátu vybrat nejlepší možný pro potřeby CyanoTeamu. V rámci CyanoTeamu vznikají doménově orientované biologické modely a je nutné je anotovat. Ukazuji potřebu zadefinovat nový formát, který bude těmto požadavkům vyhovovat. Abstract:
The goal of this work was to study "format" for annotation of existing biological models. We then selected the best model based on Cyano team needs. Within Cyano team are emerging domain oriented biological models which need to be annotated. These require to define new format, which will fulfill these requirements.
