Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Hrozby fungování zdravotních pojišťoven při centralizovaném řízení Ministerstva zdravotnictví“ popisuje možná rizika či hrozby vyplývající z možného převzetí centrálního řízení zdravotních pojišťoven Ministerstvem zdravotnictví. K identifikaci těchto hrozeb práce analyzuje stávající vztah zdravotních pojišťoven a státu v systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění v České republice a využívá také zahraničních případů silné role státu při provádění veřejného systému poskytování zdravotní péče. Za účelem identifikace možných hrozeb dále práce analyzuje v minulosti představené reformní koncepce českého systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění a dále popisuje teoreticky představitelné metody navyšování role státu při řízení zdravotních pojišťoven.

Abstract:

This Diploma thesis on the topic „Threads connected to operation of healthcare insurance companies in case of their overruling by the Ministry of healthcare“ describes potential risks or threads connected with overruling of healthcare insurance companies by the Ministry of Healthcare. In order to identify such threads the thesis analyses present relation between healthcare insurance companies and the state in the Czech republic and also uses examples of strong powers of state over health insurance companies under the systém of public provison of healthcare used abroad. Farthemore, the thesis with intention to identify such threads analyses formerly introduced reform intentions for the czech public systém of provision of healthcare and also describes theoretical methods of increasing of the role of the state attached to operating the healthcare insurance companies.
