Diplomová práce na téma Kult osobnosti a jeho právní důsledky má za cíl rozberat a z právního hlediska zhodnotit období vrcholného stalinismu, příčiny jeho vzniku a aspekty jeho fungování v podmínkách sovětské společnosti.
Abstract:
Diploma work Personality Cult and its Legal Consequences is concerned on exploration and evaluation the era of stalinism in it's legal consequences.
