Valuation in Facility Management
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je koncipovaná do tří částí. V první části se zaměřuji na téma facility management. Jednotlivé obory a vybrané činnosti facility managementu, roli facility manažera. Druhá část obsahuje shrnutí metod oceňování nemovitostí na tržních principech. V poslední části diplomové práce se věnuji investicím, investičních projektů. Investiční rozhodování s příkladem ocenění nemovitosti.
Abstract:
This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on facility management. Individual disciplines and specific activities of facility management, facility manager role. The second part contains a summary of the methods of valuation of properties on market principles. In the last part of the thesis is devoted to investment, investment projects.
