The Issue of Stress Prevention and Stress Management in the Workplace

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá stresom u zamestnancov firmy Protherm spol. s r.o. Práca popisuje pozitívny (eustres) a negatívny (distres) stres, ktoré zaraďujeme k druhom stresu. V práci je definovaný stres, ako tento stres môže narušiť zdravie, organizmus, psychiku a myslenie človeka. Hlavným cieľom bolo zistiť pomocou dotazníkového prieskumu ako vplýva stres na zamestnancov. Dotazník bol smerovaný do spoločnosti Protherm spol. s r.o. a získané výsledky pomocou dotazníka boli zahrnuté v tabuľkách a v grafoch. Na záver sú pre spoločnosť navrhnuté opatrenia, ktoré by napomohli k zlepšeniu klímy v práci a táto klíma by pomohla potom zamestnancom minimalizovať stres.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the stress of employees of Protherm spol. s.r.o. The work describes positive (eustress) and negative (distress) types of stress. The work is defined by the stress, how can this stress disturb health, organizm, psychic and the thinking of a man. The main goal of the questionnaire survey was to find out how the stress affects employees. The questionnaire was addressed to company Protherm spol. s.r.o. and the obtained results are included in the tables and charts. Finally, there are measures proposed for the company to help to improve the work climate and this climate would then help employees to minimize the stress.
