Business Model Analysis – Alcoholic Iced Teas ParTEA

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou business modelu projektu ParTEA – alkoholické ledové čaje. Cílem je návrh a analýza business modelu, jenž bude specifický pro odvětví výroby alkoholických nápojů, analýza realizovatelnosti záměru a ověření zájmu zákazníků o produkt. Teoretická část se zabývá specifiky odvětví, business modelem, etikou a udržitelností se zaměřením na toto odvětví. Metodologická část se skládá z již uskutečněného dotazníku, nového dotazníku a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že lidé mají o tento produkt zájem. V praktické části je představen podnikatelský záměr a následně je sestaven business model za pomoci stavebních prvků Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas, návrhů etických kroků firmy a udržitelnosti. Poté následuje PESTEL analýza, která představuje příležitosti a hrozby makrookolí. Na konci jsou zmíněny plány na rozvoj firmy do budoucna. Výsledkem práce je business model potenciálně úspěšné a profitabilní firmy. Práce může být využita jako podklad pro zpracování hlubších, reprezentativních výzkumů či realizaci podnikatelského záměru. Práce může sloužit všem jako zdroj informací týkajících se business modelu a podnikání v tomto odvětví.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the business model of the ParTEA project – alcoholic iced teas. The aim is to design and analyze a business model specific to the alcoholic beverage industry, to analyze the feasibility of the project and to verify the customer interest in the product. The theoretical part deals with industry specifics, business model, ethics and sustainability with a focus on the industry. The methodological part consists of an already conducted questionnaire, a new questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The research showed that people are interested in the product. In the practical part, the business plan is presented and then a business model is constructed using the building blocks of Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas, suggestions of ethical steps of the company and sustainability. This is followed by a PESTEL Analysis that presents the opportunities and threats of the macro environment. At the end, plans for the future development of the company are mentioned. The result of the work is a business model of a potentially successful and profitable company. The thesis can be used as a basis for the elaboration of deeper, representative research or the implementation of a business plan. The thesis can serve as a source of information regarding the business model and entrepreneurship in this sector.
