Managers Creativity and Development of Innovative Approach

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na kreativitu manažerů a na jejich inovativní přístup. Cílem práce bylo zjistit názory manažerů na kreativitu v řízení a na vztah kreativity a inovací, také jaké techniky tvůrčí práce ve své praxi používají. Dala jsem v ní prostor mnoha uznávaným odborníkům v části teoretické, i praktickým zkušenostem manažerů, již na trhu práce působících, v části analytické. Mezi těmi jsem udělala průzkum formou rozhovorů, jež jsem následně vyhodnotila. Nakonec jsme uvedla několik příkladů, jak rozvíjet kreativitu a inovativní přístupy v praxi.

Abstract:

This work is focused on manager's creativity and their inovative approach. Goal of the work was to find out, what is the opinion of managers on creativity in their work and on the relationship between creatitivity and inovations. I was also interested in what creative technics do they use in the praxis. In the teoretical part I gave space to professionals in these subjects. In the second part, the analytical one, I interviewed real managers and I evaluated these inreviews. On the end I offered some possibilities how to develope creatitivity and inovative approaches in praxis.
