Na Fakultě informatiky Masarykovy univerzity byla vyvinuta aplikace haptické simulace interakce dvou biomolekul, která ovšem v současné podobě nepracuje s pohyblivou molekulou receptoru. Application for haptic interaction of two biomolecules was developed at Faculty of informatics Masaryk University. But it doesn't support the moving receptor molecule in current state. To remove this restriction it's necessary to process 3-dimensional force array changing in time whose storage is nontrivial problem due its size.
