Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou nákladů daňové exekuce, a to zejména z pohledu stanovení způsobu určování jejich výše a nezbytnosti jednotlivých druhů nákladů při provádění daňové exekuce. V úvodní části diplomové práce jsou vymezeny jednotlivé stěžejní instituty a oblasti zkoumání v rámci daňové exekuce.
