The influence of CFC acute (whiplash) in the posture.

Abstract:

The acute whiplash injury (CFC) has been defined as a mechanism of acceleration-deceleration with energy transfer to the neck with visible effects within the first month from the trauma. Disorders are possible and organically associated on load of anatomical structures functionally related to the cervical spine. The aim of this study is to quantify the Romberg Index (IR), that is the relationship between the surface described by changes in the center of pressure (CP) in situation of closed eyes (OC) and opened eyes (OA) after CFC.

Abstract:

Il colpo di frusta cervicale acuto (CFC) ? stato definito come meccanismo di accelerazionedecelerazione con trasferimento di energia al collo con effetti visibili entro il primo mese dal trauma. Sono possibili disordini associati organici a carico di strutture anatomiche correlate funzionalmente al rachide cervicale.1 Scopo di questo studio ? di quantificare l?Indice di Romberg (IR), ovvero il rapporto tra la superficie descritta dalle variazioni del Centro di Pressione (CP) in situazione di occhi chiusi (OC) e occhi aperti (OA) dopo CFC.2
