Temperature influence of the exhaust pipe filling during welding
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá simulací svařování výfukových systémů technologií MAG. V úvodu práce je popsán materiál a běžné výrobní postupy. Následuje popis tvorby a výsledků simulace modelu v softwaru COMSOL Multiphysics. V další části jsou prezentovány naměřené výsledky a v závěru práce jsou navržena nápravná opatření pro výrobní linku.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the simulation of welding of exhaust systems using the MAG technology. The introduction of the thesis describes the material and common manufacturing procedures. This is followed by a description of the creation and results of the model simulation in the COMSOL Multiphysics software.
