Socio-economic impacts of manufactured products to the local community and the company surrounding based on measurement by social LCA methods.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá stručným popisem metod, které se nejčastěji používají pro hodnocení životního cyklu produktu. Jsou to metody LCA, E-LCA, která do hodnocení zahrnuje environmentální dopady a S-LCA, která zahrnuje i dopady sociální. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat socio-ekonomické dopady produktů na místní komunitu a podnikové okolí a to na základě metody S-LCA. Dílčím cílem práce je zjistit míru sledování sociálních aspektů podniku a indikátory, které jsou k tomu používány. Provést obecnou analýzu sociálních dopadů na úrovni kraje a následně specifickou analýzu na úrovni podniku v jednotlivých podkategoriích; navrhnout soubor indikátorů k měření těchto dopadů na místní komunitu, příp. navrhnout možné změny v jejich sledování.

Abstract:

The work examines a concise description of the methods that are mostly used for the product life cycle assessment. These are the methods: LCA, E-LCA which includes the assessment of environmental impacts and S-LCA which includes social impacts. The main goal of this work is describe the socio-economic impacts of products on the local community and company surrounding based on the method of S-LCA. The second part of the work determined the level of monitoring social impacts of corporation and indicators that are used for those purposes. Implement a general analysis of the social impact at the regional level and then specific analysis at the corporation level in the different subcategories. Propose a set of indicators to measure these impacts on the local community, eventually suggest possible changes in their monitoring.
